1. What kind of internet connection do I need?
A high-speed internet connection like DSL or Cable will work best for our tutoring sessions. A dial-up connection with throughput better than 32 kbps would also work well. To know your connection speed, click here. It will take you to a site that is outside www.online.base-edu.in.com. You need to select the server/city that is closest to you.
2. How do I pay for my subscription?
You can pay using credit cards (Visa, and Master). All information is 128-bit encrypted, so your data is secure.
3. How do I pay using my credit card?
You need to provide information on your credit card on our payment page at payment gateway website. All details are passed through a SSL 128-bit encrypted layer, so you do not have to worry about the safety of the data that you enter.
4. What are the different programs currently available?
5. The programs currently available are Test Series for students preparing for competitive examinations of IIT-JEE, AIEEE and Karnataka CET and COMED-K.

6. What is the duration of these programs?
The programs will start from the date of acceptance of payment. However the services will be terminated one day before the corresponding examination dates.
7. Can I take a sample test before I enroll to any program?
Yes. You can take full-length tests before enrolling to the program.
8. Do I need to register to take a sample test?
Yes. You need to register to take the sample test.
9. Will I get solutions for sample test?
Yes. Solutions are available with audio/ visual explanations of the method of answering the question.
Registration and Payment
1. Why do I need to register with BASE online?
Registering with BASE is the first step in getting you started with our online tutoring. Post registration, you can immediately buy a BASE service and get started.
2. Is registration free at BASE?
Yes, registration is free. We solicit minimum information before you register on our site. You just need to provide:
A valid email id *
A password *
A student's First Name *
A student's Last Name *
(Information marked with an * 'is mandatory.)
3. How do I enroll/subscribe?
Select the test series you wish to enroll. Enter your Success Runway user ? id and password and click on ?Proceed to Pay' for payment.
4. How do I pay for the Test Series?
Payment can be made in the following three modes:
a. Send your payment through DD to our postal address Our postal address is: # 27, Bull Temple Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560004
b. Make a direct payment into our account through any of the branches
c. Through online credit card payment
5. Can I take the test immediately after I make the payment?
An e-mail will be sent to you regarding activation of your account, after we receive the payment. Your account will generally be activated within 48 hours of receiving the payment. However, online credit card payment is processed
instantaneously providing access to our services immediately.
6. Can I subscribe to more than one program?
Yes. You can subscribe to more than one program.
7. What should I do if my accounts is not activated even after the payment is made?
Please send e-mail to help@base-edu.in indicating the Name, Program(s) subscribed for, Login Name, email address, challan number and place of payment.
8. Will I get any refund if I withdraw from the program?
No. We do not provide refund for the program(s).
9. Do I need to give proper email address?
Yes. you need to give proper email address to receive proper comunication (registration/login information, forgot password information, billing information, subscription information, etc.,) emails

Internet requirement
DSL connection with minimum 128 kbps speed. However our tests can also be taken on dial-up connection, but it will be slow in loading the page.
Troubleshooting
1. If I loose connection while taking the test due to some reason, do I need to start the test again?
No. You can continue from where you left after re-logging in.
2. I log in with my User Id, but I see another user's Id on the screen.
Your computer is caching files, please clear the cache of your computer and login again.
Procedure to clear cache:
On your Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools -> Internet Option -> General Tab.
Click 'Delete Cookies' A message will be displayed asking for conformation.
Click 'OK' Button.
Click 'Delete Files' and check the "Delete all offline content" checkbox.
Click 'OK' Button.
Close the Internet Options window by clicking the OK Button.
3. I am starting a particular test but the questions of another test are being displayed.
Your computer is caching files, please clear the cache of your computer and login into the site again. Refer previous question as to how to clear cache.
4. I am unable to see the Questions/Options for some questions.
If you are not able to see the Questions/Options for some questions it is because there might be images in the Question/Options and there would be a small time lag in downloading the images. Please wait for the images to download. You can
also check your browser settings.
5. Not able to play video.
Make sure that you have installed Flash Player 9/10 or above for the browser (IE/FF)
